✅ You are responsible for ensuring all artwork, files, and order details are accurate before submitting.
✅ We are not responsible for errors in customer-submitted designs, such as misspellings, low-resolution images, or incorrect sizing.

✅ Full payment is required at the time of order.
✅ We accept secure payment methods and do not store your credit card information.
3️⃣ Order Processing & Turnaround
We aim to process orders within our standard turnaround times (typically 2–4 business days).
⚠️ Large or complex orders may require additional time — we will notify you if delays occur.
4️⃣ Shipping & Delivery
We ship across the United States 🇺🇸 using trusted carriers. Shipping times and costs vary based on location and order size.
