At The T-shirt Buddy, we take great pride in the unique, custom-made garments and products we create for our customers. ✨ Each item is crafted with care and attention to detail to match the exact specifications you provide.
1️⃣ No Returns or Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products — including DTF gang sheet prints, custom T-shirts, hoodies, and other personalized items — we do not accept returns or issue refunds. Every order is made to order, specifically for you, based on the details you submit.
✅ We strongly encourage you to review your order carefully before submitting, including artwork, sizes, quantities, and product types.
2️⃣ Exceptions: Defective or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is defective or if we made an error on your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, provide:
📦 Your order number
📸 Clear photos showing the defect or error
We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.
3️⃣ Responsibility for Artwork
Please note: We are not responsible for customer-submitted errors, such as:
